Here’s the process.

The first step to selling your home is to complete a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA). This is our estimate of what you could sell your home for in the current market. We’ll see what similar homes in your area have sold for and account for this in our calculations.

Setting the perfect Strategic Listing Price will sell your home quickly and at a profit. Typically, the listing price will be based on the CMA, but, ultimately, price is your decision and we will respect whatever you decide.

Effective Marketing of your home is the advertising that gets it sold. To that end, we will place a sign with brochures right in your front yard where the world can see it! More importantly, we will also market your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which shares your listing with other sites like Zillow or Trulia. This will guarantee that plenty of potential buyers see your beautiful home!

When potential buyers wish to visit your home on a Showing, we will contact you and decide upon a day and time that would work well for both parties. If you’d like, we can also give some advice for tidying up before the big day! Once your visitors have come and gone, we’ll follow up and find out what they thought of the place.

Negotiations begin after a potential buyer places an offer on your home. We will help you determine whether it is a suitable offer and, if necessary, help you counter it. As your representative, we will be working in your best interest throughout the negotiations and will work to get you the best deal possible.

Once we reach an agreement with the buyer, we will proceed with the Closing Process, allowing for any inspections, walk-through’s, or work orders that may arise before we seal the deal. We’ll remain just as involved during this stage as we were in the beginning, helping you to understand all that needs to be done.

At the end of it all, we’ll have our Closing! Here, you and the buyer will complete the paperwork necessary to transfer ownership of the home. Congratulations! You have sold your home!
