The Process
When we first meet, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for in a home, including:
- Location
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Garage Space
- Age
- Style
Once we have that narrowed down, our team will find a few houses that fit your criteria and schedule showings so you can take a look at them! If you find one you like, we’ll proceed with making an offer.
This will begin our negotiations with the seller. We’ll make sure you understand the in’s and out’s of the process and advise you throughout the process.
When we reach an agreement with a seller, we will move on to the closing process where you and the seller will complete the paperwork necessary to transfer ownership of the home. Congratulations! You’re now the proud owner of a new home!
